OnPoint Mobile Drug Alcohol & DNA Testing is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information with the highest standards of confidentiality and security.

For testing services, we also collect health-related information necessary to perform and document the requested test. We may collect location data with your consent to dispatch technicians to your location.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the services you request, including scheduling technician visits, processing test specimens, and delivering results securely. We may also use your contact information to send appointment confirmations, result notifications, and service-related communications. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

3. HIPAA Compliance

OnPoint Mobile Drug Alcohol & DNA Testing is committed to full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled with strict confidentiality, stored with encryption, and accessed only by authorized personnel. We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all third-party service providers who handle PHI on our behalf.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: (a) certified laboratories for test processing; (b) Medical Review Officers (MROs) for result verification; (c) your employer if you are being tested under an employer-mandated program and you have consented; (d) legal authorities when required by law, court order, or DOT/FMCSA regulations.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Our systems are regularly reviewed for vulnerabilities. Despite these precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain test records, chain-of-custody documentation, and associated personal data for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with DOT and SAMHSA regulations. Non-regulated test records are retained for 2 years unless otherwise required by applicable law or client agreement.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@onpointtesting.com. Florida residents may also have additional rights under the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA).

8. Cookies & Website Data

Our website may use cookies to improve user experience and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.
